I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania as well as a nationally credentialed counselor. Additionally, I have served in the military. I have extensive experience in the treatment of trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety. I work with clients experiencing a spectrum of issues to include ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment to new life situations (divorce, retirement, transition from the military).

It's extremely isolating trying to manage everything you are dealing with. No one gets it, even though they say they do, which is infuriating and only makes you feel more isolated. You are becoming a pressure cooker and can't continue to hold it all on your own, but you have no idea where to start. (And "starting" sounds terrifying in and of itself.) "Avoiding" has been the route you take, but it's becoming harder and harder to keep things from coming to the surface.
