I work with adults and have 22 years of experience working with a wide range of issues. We’ll talk about what’s important for you and what goals you have for therapy, and this will guide our work together as we engage in a healing conversation. I am interested in learning more about how individuals become able to access parts of themselves that can be open to growth and change.

I work from a person-centered approach that draws from other theoretical techniques designed to address your individual needs and goals. The process of counseling is to understand you as a unique person; explore and gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and behavior; and enhance quality of life by implementing parts of the counseling process into your daily living. Our therapeutic relationship will be collaborative and we will work together towards setting and meeting your counseling goals.

Paula, is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Child Mental Health Specialist,Art Therapist and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist. with graduate degree in Psychology and BA in Biology and Psychology. Paula has trained extensively in complex trauma, childhood neurodevelopment, attachment, developmental trauma, parent/child interactionalTherapy (PCIT), and generational trauma. As a Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, she helps identify and support the development of healing intentions and ongoing integration of insights gained through the sacred journey.

My name is Tara Celletti and I am a licensed independent associate clinical social worker. I grew up in Southern California, where I was exposed to therapy practices at an early age by my grandmother. In 2021, I followed in my grandmother’s footsteps and received a Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California. I moved to Washington in 2014 where I now live with my husband and our three rescue dogs.

My professional orientation is very eclectic. I combine a Jungian philosophy with CBT and DBT interventions with a client centered approach that involves a caring and insightful focus on self, others and community. My intention is to collaborate fully with each individual and to assist him or her in changing the trajectory of his or her life in a positive way. I view self discovery as an essential part of our unfolding experience together and value our time together. To become an agent of change in one's own life takes tremendous courage and strength; I can help facilitate this.

I have over 25 years of mental health and addiction treatment experience. My goal is to make each person comfortable in their life, be who they are, to feel confident and live a fulfilled life. Therapy is an opportunity to understand ourselves, to increase self-confidence while in various phases and transitions in life.

If you are struggling with a relationship, familial issues, a difficult life transition, or just struggling to get through the day-to-day then it is a good time to ask for help.I believe that it is never too late to start counseling and that counseling is a unique experience for everyone.Some people might go to counseling weekly for years, some might go to sessions weekly for 6 months and then transition to biweekly, some might be going to counseling for the first time, and some might be looking for a new counselor.All these experiences are valid, and my goal is to help you figure out what works for you and what you want to achieve.

We don't have to travel the path of change alone. Choosing a therapist is the first step. My goal is to build trust and safety so that you can sink into the work. Whatever is drawing you to therapy, you deserve an active and supportive therapist. My role: to provide witness and guideposts as you put words to your experience. Alexandra Kerney, LMHCA, graduated from Central Washington University with a B.A. in Psychology and graduated from Seattle Pacific University with an M.Ed. in School Counseling. Alex uses evidence-based practices and strength-based approaches when working with child, adolescent, and young adult clients, and enjoys helping people overcome depression, anxiety, peer conflicts, low self-esteem, and bullying.
