I’m Ariel Cross, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma. My goal is to help individuals who struggle with OCD, anxiety, and other difficulties so they can live a healthier, happier life. I work well with individuals who are stressed out, burned out, and have been told they’re “Overthinkers.” My approach meshes well with people who identify as highly anxious but have difficulties with managing their symptoms. I work to create a sense of safety and comfort within session. It’s my goal to be as genuine and understanding as possible to create an area where a person feels comfortable talking about difficult problems.

I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors and offer individual, family, and couples counseling sessions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge clients' unrealistic beliefs and change their behaviors. In addition, I practice Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to assist individuals in identifying their strengths through growth and self-discovery to aid them in reaching their future goals.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I received a master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from University Texas Southwestern Medical Center. I work with mental health struggles for adults of all ages including depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, trauma, and stress. Having received counseling services in the past myself, I know how difficult it can be to take the steps necessary to ask for help. I believe building a good relationship between therapist and client, along with concrete strategies, can help set people back on the road to recovery.

I Eu’Lina Smith M.Ed. M.S. LPC, LCDC, am a proud graduate of Texas Tech University where I graduated with dual Bachelors' degrees in Dance and Community, Family, and Addiction Services. I also attended Texas Tech Graduate School where I earned a Masters in both Counselor Education and Interdisciplinary Studies with concentration in Counseling, Educational Psychology, and Addictions. I graduated with honors and was a member of Chi Sigma Iota Honors Society while in graduate school at Texas Tech. My approach to counseling combines Solution Focused, Reality, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt theories.
