I am passionate about my work with individuals, couples, and families. Helping people who struggle with relationship difficulties is the central focus of my counseling work. I love getting into the complex issues of relationships and helping my clients discover workable solutions to these problems. My counseling experience includes psychiatric inpatient care, community counseling, school counseling, and private practice settings. I am a compassionate counselor with life experience that enables me to be on target and effective with my clients.

Charlie sees himself as a partner to clients, helping to identify struggles that interfere with an individual's growth into the person he or she wishes to be. He tailors his interventions specifically to the client’s needs. He has experience working with individuals facing a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, mania, trouble with interpersonal relationships, and workplace stress. He has extensive experience helping military personnel and their families.

Hi there! My name is Amanda and I'm grateful for your courage to take this step. I’ve spent over a decade helping adults, youth (14 & older on case-by-case basis) and families overcome many different challenges: PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and major life transitions. I also offer therapeutic support to those who want to grow their family through adoption. I use CBT, mindfulness, substance use recovery methods, strengths-based approach and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). EMDR is scientifically proven as an effective form of treatment for PTSD, depression/anxiety and distressing events.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been providing mental health therapy services for 5+ years in outpatient settings. I see Individuals, Couples, Groups, and Families. Some of the matters we may address in our sessions are Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Anger Management, PTSD, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Grief and Trauma. We provide supportive psychotherapy for patients with a serious illness or injury, who now live with chronic pain and impairment. It is not unusual to experience problems with stress, depression, and anxiety after a medical crisis, and to become isolated from the flow of life.
