Greetings - welcome to a compassionate space where your struggles with infertility are truly understood and supported. Infertility can be isolating and emotionally challenging. Many individuals find that a lack of understanding from others can exacerbate the emotional impact of infertility, and I am committed to helping you manage the grief, stress, and uncertainty of infertility. I specialize in Men's Mental Health and address a range of issues that are particularly relevant to men's experiences and challenges. My focus includes encouraging men to express a full range of emotions and challenging traditional societal expectations that may discourage vulnerability, exploring societal expectations and stereotype.
