Life can be challenging. Stress, anxiety, depression and relationship problems can affect a quality of your life. You might feel overwhelmed and unsure what to do. I help clients to learn about themselves, heal from negative life experiences, learn coping skills and have an exciting and satisfying sex life. I work with clients who have lack of sexual desire, difficulties with reaching an orgasm, pain during sex and erectile difficulties. I am a certified clinical trauma professional, and an AASECT certified sex therapist.

Living with depression is like living with thick fog that rolls into your life and affects everything meaningful in its path. It changes everything about you … how you think, feel and function in daily activities. It may have even started interfering with your ability to work, study, eat, sleep, and enjoy life. The people close to you probably have noticed, but they don’t know how to help you, and you don’t know how to help yourself. Trying to get through the day is overwhelming and seems like an impossible task. I specialize in relationships and assisting individuals through a range of life transitions, encompassing the complexities of relationships, academic and career shifts, the nuances of navigating divorce, adjustments in retirement, and other pivotal life moments. While these transitions are not always the direct cause, they can often bring to light feelings of anxiety, depression, and loss.

Lets face it, life happens and feeling "crazy," is often the result of the situations we find outselves in! In my practice I focus on treating individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties, among other issues that impact the way we function in our daily lives. I approach treatment by understanding what events led to the "craziness" and work with individuals to adjust the ways in which they view and respond to situations contributing to the madness. As a result, clients often develop a view of themselves, others, and the future that is more functional.
