I am a Psychotherapist, Nutrition Therapist & Exercise Physiologist. Being a caregiver for a loved one who has a chronic or terminal illness can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience. It also comes with stresses that can be hard for friends and family to understand. Being a person who needs help to manage day to day activities of living can also be hard to handle, even if the help is appreciated. Sudden life changes are difficult to navigate; such as loss of a loved one, death of a pet, or diagnosis of a debilitating disease. Even positive changes like retirement, downsizing, or relocation can be painful at times. Talking it through can help.

If you are looking to reclaim your true self, heal your inner child, and find some peace and empowerment, I can be your guide. I exclusively treat trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD. Topics of expertise include divorce, sexual assault/abuse, and healing from childhood trauma. You will learn to understand your nervous system and how to calm anxiety and triggers. What you can expect from me is that I will be warm, candid, authentic, and invested.

Please Note, I do not currently have any availability after 5pm. Over the last twelve years plus of helping adults process, heal and grow through therapy, my primary focus has been on helping those struggling with a variety of issues including depression, grief, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I pride myself in being able to help people of various backgrounds, beliefs and experiences find solutions that work for them.

I have experience with mood disorders, anxiety, transition, and trauma. You may have a history of trauma, are pregnant or postpartum, suspect you have ADHD or have symptoms you just can't seem to explain. It’s important to recognize your unique needs— and I’ll help you get there!

My ideal client is an individual or couple ready to do the work needed to achieve their goals and who desires a happy, healthy life. They may want to work through relationships or sexual problems due to my interest in couples and sex therapy.

I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families to address emotion regulation, parenting approaches, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, executive functioning problems, and attachment issues. I use an eclectic approach to counseling, drawing from different theories to best meet each individual client’s needs. I meet clients where they are at and draw from their strengths to help them create meaningful connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Growth and positive change comes from the exploration and incorporation of all parts of the self.
