Hello! I am a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, conduct/defiant behaviors, and interpersonal conflicts. I also have extensive experience working with families, groups, and neurodivergent populations such as autistic people and individuals with ADHD.

Meng is a licensed Independent Social Worker and has 7 years of working in the mental health field. She has training and experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, bipolar disorder, PTSD, coping difficulties, and stress management. Meng focuses on helping clients build problem-solving skills to tackle various life stresses and issues. She integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to promote good mental health.

My specializations include self-esteem and body image issues, substance use, codependency, mood disorders, depression, and anxiety.
