As a trained scientist-practitioner, Eleonora incorporates contributions of empirical research and evidence-based practice to inform her work with individuals and couples who are ready to step into the unknown in order to create positive changes in their lives. She is highly integrative in her thinking and utilize the therapeutic framework which consists of psychodynamic, cognitive/dialectical behavioral, multicultural, humanistic, and feminist theory based interventions. Eleonora is honored to bring practical experience across multiple professional settings based on her over ten years of postdoctoral clinical practice.

With a collaborative and affirming approach to therapy, Megan’s practice is grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for continuous growth and self-discovery. Using compassion and authenticity, Megan draws from a variety of therapeutic influences including person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and narrative approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

Mucella fosters a safe environment, integrating holistic, multicultural, and strength-based approaches with acceptance-based and mindfulness principles. Using therapies like person-centered, cognitive therapies such as REBT and ACT, as well as IFS and EFT, she collaborates with clients to explore issues, set goals, and build on strengths for growth, prioritizing trust, empathy, and acceptance.

Nandini operates from an anti-oppression lens honoring the intersecting identities clients hold, centering autonomy and self-determination. Although holistic, her approach contextualizes each client’s wellbeing within the unique systems (i.e. political, familial, etc.) they navigate. Her eclectic and non-hierarchical orientation draws from feminist-multicultural, person-centered, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic modalities. By centering compassion and non-judgement, Nandini hopes to support the client’s pursuit toward healing, happiness, and ultimately, freedom.

Stephanie believes each person is unique in needs. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Existential Therapy and more to cater her counseling style to best accomplish therapeutic goals. Stephanie also believes the impact of culture, religion, and spirituality play a significant role in the lives of many individuals and incorporates this framework in her work. She helps her clients enhance their relationship with themselves and others and accomplish their goals through exploration of thoughts, patterns, behaviors and habits.

Christina aims to provide a safe, compassionate environment that allows a genuine relationship and supports individuals in living their most authentic lives. She uses client-centered theory drawing from feminist theory, psychodynamic theory, and narrative therapy. Christina is a certified Intuitive Eating counselor and practices a Health at Every Size approach. She believes everybody deserves liberation and love.

Shira is a skilled mental health counselor supporting those in need to make positive and meaningful changes. Through a compassionate lens, she helps individuals overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and relationship conflict. Shira uses client-centered counseling to increase motivation and self-empowerment. She helps individuals to reach short and long-term goals and develop healthy coping skills to continue to improve quality of life.
