Dr. Jackson’s clientele is comprised of adults, high school, and college students, entertainment industry professionals, former executives, professors, and athletes. While utilizing individual, couples and family therapy, as well as modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
Dr. Jackson specializes in substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, disruptive, impulse-control, and conduct disorders. The practice also places emphasis on anger management, domestic violence, mood disorders and trauma-related issues which often accompany eating disorders and sleep disorders.
