I have experience working with ages 4 - 75 years old. I have a passion for the minority communities especially the third culture population with issues such as culture shock and assimilation.

Along our journey, we add chapters to our life's narrative. All individuals face struggle and uncertainty in life that affects their health. Although we are unable to erase the past we can recreate our story by evaluating experiences and changing our perceptions. Consequently, we can author additional chapters to our life's narrative.

As a child of immigrants, I understand the duality of living in a culture that is so very different from one’s own. These experiences help to shape my work with my clients, and I am able to provide various different lenses from which to consider common problems. After witnessing many individuals reach their "breaking point," I realized the importance of transitioning to a healing setting where we can work on developing the tools and skills necessary to manage life's challenges more deeply. I earned my MSW from Wayne State University, where I focused on cognitive behavioral therapy. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, with a warm and compassionate demeanor.
