Therapy must be purposeful to improve the quality of life. To improve our relationships, our own psychological and emotional wellbeing. It takes place in an environment that is safe and supportive. It takes place with a therapist who is genuine, sensitive and skillful. When you enter therapy with me I bring all of my education and experience to share with you. I also bring a measure of humility and open mindedness that 38 years of private practice has taught me. I've learned as much from the people I see as, I hope, they have learned from me.
Concurrent with private practice He has been Director of Adolescent Treatment, Residential Supervisor of group homes for Adolescents, Clinical Director for outpatient clinic. Experienced working with trauma survivors. He has been a member of several trauma teams, Red Cross Disaster Mental Health Team, Charter Hospital Crisis Team, and Vista Del Mar's Crisis Team.
Mr. Millstone works with Adults and Adolescents. He works with Individuals, Couples and Families. He also conducts group psychotherapy.
