I offer services to women of all ages, and occasionally children, who have had trauma in their background and are seeking to find clarity in who they are now, and where they want to go from here. I offer expressive modalities in addition to talk therapy for an ease in releasing the past, increasing self esteem, and leading to a safer and more joyous future.

I work with couples and individuals who are struggling with their own life issues. The focus can be on relationships, work, economics, sexuality, children, family, etc. There is often some depression, or anxiety. Changes are addressed easily, naturally with techniques that are easy to use and maintain. My compassionate, caring approach helps you to address your concerns more easily. I also work with survivors of abuse - sexual abuse, verbal abuse, emotional abuse. Other grief work includes the death of a child, a loved one, a parent. My years of experience are my best assets for you and your life situations.

In my private practice, in the lovely village of Corrales just outside of both Rio Rancho and Albuquerque. I work with adult individuals helping all my clients begin to build stronger 'internal bridges', which support them in reconnecting with their heart, mind, and spirit.
