Relationship difficulties do not define a relationship. Mental health challenges do not define an individual. They are natural human trials to be experienced. I have over a decade of knowledge as a research investigator in psychology to assist in your counseling journey through experiences. I approach the human condition as if we contain natural resources, yet to be mined, to achieve full potential in life and relationships. There’s optimism in human nature and it contains hope to aspire towards greater self-understanding. Once a person becomes more self-aware of his/her behavior, it’s possible to change or adapt for the better.

Struggling with life changes, or emotions that seem out of control? Sometimes in life we need help sorting out problems and finding our way to the best solution. This is the reason I pursued a counseling career, after working as an educational professional for over 30 years. My experience in education provides me with knowledge of adolescent behaviors, goal setting and addressing family/parenting issues. I’ve honed my counseling skills to also be of help in adult issues such as grief & bereavement, life changes, motivation, as well as depression, anxiety and substance use/addiction disorders.
