My name is Gayle Samples. I am dually licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Professional Clinical Counselor. My approach to therapy is holistic. I believe we are created by body, mind, and spirit. I know that finding the right therapist is often a challenging experience, especially for those who identify as Christian and want their beliefs and values understood and incorporated into their counseling sessions.
I approach my work from a holistic point of view, and I use a variety of approaches which include Client-Centered Therapy(CBT), Existential, Christian Counseling, Existential, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative, and Person-Centered.
I became a therapist because I know how hard it is to find someone who shares your values; having gone through my own journey and understanding the need for connection. I really enjoy helping people figure out who God created them to be and letting go of "perfectionistic" ideas.
