I am passionate about treating the whole person with respect and honor. This means being empathetic, encouraging, validating and accepting of each individual I come in contact with. People need to know that they have a safe place to go to be able to work on their anxieties, feelings, fears, stresses, and personal growth.
One of my biggest passions is working with adolescents! I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional and behavioral issues, grief, stress, the effects of divorce, and school related issues. I help build coping strategies, self esteem, social competency and resiliency. I treat adults with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and poor self esteem.
I believe it takes a great amount of courage to seek therapy. I use a strength- based approach, and I provide a safe space to assist in the processes of empowerment, healing and growth.
