As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Lic. 123395), my approach is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and a deep respect for your unique journey; where you have been and most importantly where you desire to BE. After 9 years in the field, I know the power of the past but understand how the hope of tomorrow creates the present we live in today.
My Approach is trauma-informed, resilience-focused, and I aim to empower transformation and bridge the gap from where you are now to where you want to be. Additionally, I serve as an Affiliate Professor at Antioch University's Clinical Psychology Department.
I specialize in working with clients facing behavioral addictions, trauma, rupture repairs, and couples. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples, helping you heal past wounds, strengthen relationships, and create a healthier, more fulfilling future through personalized, holistic support.
I have been practicing for 10 years and understand that each individual I work with is unique. Because of this, I have a four-session evaluation agreement, meaning we have four sessions to decide before you commit. I work as a team, which means it is highly important to me that you feel comfortable and in the driver's seat of our work.
