I am a clinical psychologist who's been in practice for over 25 years. I find that therapy is most effective when the therapist and client work together. We will work with each other to develop treatment goals and address the symptoms and distress that are causing you to seek therapy. While providing suggestions and insight, I aim for therapy to be an interactive and respectful process, one that encourages personal growth, behavioral changes and self-awareness. Together, we will address your unique needs and learn new ways to cope with and heal from the issues that have been troubling to you.
I provide support to adults dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting, infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal and post-partum issues, and so much more. My approach to therapy ranges from here-and-now, cognitive behavioral techniques, to a more in-depth exploration of past family patterns.
