Hi, I'm Gayle. If you're feeling alone, overwhelmed, or just plain stuck, you might not want to talk to your friends about it or you might worry that your family won't understand. That's where I come in: I believe in the power of listening and the resilience of people. I can help you dig in, move forward, and get un-stuck!
