When anxiety and stress interfere with your life, it's time to reach out for professional help. I use a gentle and sensitive approach to skillfully guide you to wellness. Who we are can often be defined by who is in (or gone from) our lives. Are you trying to figure out how to move forward from losses and changes in your life? Do things feel uncertain, even troubling? I create a space where you can feel safe in exploring your feelings and fears, hopes and dreams. I provide integrative therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy and other modalities. I provide grief therapy. For couples counseling, I'm trained in Gottman Method Level 1 and I'm a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator. I'm certified by the Couples Institute - Developmental Therapy for Couples. All couples are welcome.

Premarital Group Workshop

Open to all couples with a focus on premarital preparation. Led by a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator. Group Time TBD. Six hours covers over 3 sessions. The group workshop fee is $425/Individual couples fee is $720. Workshops include the Prepare and Enrich assessment survey. Topics may include: Communication, Conflict Resolution, Finances, Stress, Personality Profiles, Sexuality, Spirituality, Families, Parenting and more. You will each take the Prepare and Enrich comprehensive survey prior to the workshop and the results will be presented during sessions. A notarized Certificate of Completion will be given.
