Motherhood brings joy, and it can also stir up things you didn't expect. Old wounds often resurface during pregnancy, postpartum, or as kids grow. You might love being a mom and still feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. You may struggle with intrusive thoughts, grief after loss, birth trauma, or relationship stress. I work with women and mothers at all stages: pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Many moms I support are trying to do things differently for their children while carrying their own trauma or attachment wounds. Others feel lost, exhausted, or worry they're "failing" when they're doing their best under pressure.

Therapy with me is real, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I offer space to be honest about the hard parts of motherhood while feeling deeply understood. I have extensive experience treating trauma, including attachment trauma, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and am EMDR trained. We work together at a safe pace.
