I am passionate about helping couples and families who feel stuck in recurring patterns, struggle with communication, experience conflict, or are navigating life transitions and relationship challenges.

Using Gottman, Sensate Focus, Experiential, Psychodynamic, Bowenian, and Gestalt approaches, I help individuals, couples, and families gain insight, strengthen connections, and create meaningful, lasting change in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
