I am an AASECT certified sex therapist and psychotherapist specializing in marriage and family therapy. My husband, Dr. Mark Malan, are a husband-wife clinical team helping people to have better marriages, happier families, and more rewarding love lives. I provide marriage and sex therapy. I help people with low sexual desire, sexual pain, inability to orgasm, vaginismus, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and all the other sexual dysfunctions.

My PhD training as a counseling psychologist affords me flexibility to support multiple life concerns, and at the root of my work is the belief that relationships are capable of healing. I build strong alliances with those whom I serve in order to best meet client directed goals and foster sustained change. I adhere to evidence-based practices in psychology, and research evidence strongly supports the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance. Everyone has a unique lens through which they see the world and I strive to see the world as my clients do to provide the best care.

We offer services and therapy to the LGBTQ community and their families. We provide mental health and couple/family therapy in a safe environment for all. We would love to talk with you about your needs. Some of our clients meet with a different therapist each week depending on their needs.

I believe psychotherapy is the art of helping others to find inner peace and reach personal goals. She has over seven years of experience in working with children and youth in residential, school, and private settings. When working with children and adolescents, she believes in working hand in hand with parents and caregivers to help them to create a home environment that their child can thrive in.

I am passionate about helping my clients find growth, health, strength, and happiness in relationships, and in life. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, identity, perfectionism, relationship issues, addiction recovery, and LGBT issues. I was born and raised in Utah Valley and I earned my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University in California.
