I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping clients improve relationships and reduce accompanying stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional eating. Using an empathic and collaborative treatment style, my goal is to help you gain insight and ultimately increase your enjoyment and fulfillment in your life and relationships.
In addition to private practice, I was a University Psychologist at Florida International University for 10 years, where I provided training and supervision to Interns and Postdoctoral Residents. I also served as a mentor for JAFCO and as a founding member of the National Association for Divorce Professionals, which is aimed at easing that difficult time.
Life inherently brings challenges, but stressful relationships should not have to continuously be one of them. Healthy, fulfilling relationships are possible.
