They are looking to better themselves or help remedy life conflicts, stress, trauma, addiction, or daily life struggles. A client who is ready to engage in having a thoughtful, nurturing, safe space to help them move to a healthier life style and finding peace within. My new and ongoing training aligns with my core-values and therapeutic approach. I am confident the more I continue to learn, the better I am equipped to serve the individual needs of my clients.
I specialize in Trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, and a multitude of other debilitating life challenges. I see the client as who they are today. Not trying to change who they are, and how they came to be. Every person has had their own experiences and perceptions which has shaped who they have become, and how they view the world they live in.
My personal life has consisted of challenging experiences, that I never believed could have transpired. Through this lens, I get to come into client's lives with knowledge, deep empathy and compassion. Through my own life experiences, I am transparent understanding pain and loss. Perseverance, resilience, and peace are key to finding balance, and solace.
