My goal as a therapist is to provide each client with compassionate psychotherapy that leads to satisfying changes, restoring balance, and living a more meaningful life.
I began my clinical career working with individuals struggling with traumatic stress and treating symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and problematic behaviors. I also have experience and a deep interest in family/marital relationship problems, challenging life transitions, and women's issues.
In working with children, adolescents, and adults, I emphasize each client's inherent strengths and unique attributes, resulting in a highly collaborative and individualized therapeutic approach. Together we will explore issues, overcome personal struggles, and put you on a path to greater self-fulfillment.
