Treatment involves investing in your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being, and is well worth the effort! Developmental factors, relationships, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, transitions, and trauma all impact our natural ability to maintain balance and live happier and more satisfying lives. Often, the first goal of treatment is to identify the reason for problems. I conduct comprehensive neuropsychological testing across the lifespan, to clarify diagnosis, identify learning disabilities, and assess behavioral, emotional, and social problems, to provide concrete recommendations and an action plan for treatment.
I provide comprehensive reports for academic accommodations, employment competency, decisional capacity, diagnostic clarification, and coordination of healthcare. My role is to serve as an interactive and supportive partner and comprehensive, detailed, and tailored feedback is provided when we review your results.
I practice in a quiet office and offer a comfortable setting as we work to understand your current concerns. I offer telehealth options for the initial appointment and comprehensive feedback session. I work with adults, families, couples, and children, using a strengths-based approach, to help identify goals and develop resources to achieve them.
