My specialties are interpersonal psychotherapy, which focuses on relationships, and sensorimotor psychotherapy, which brings together thoughts, emotions, and the body. Both approaches allow people to deepen their awareness and resources, have more satisfying relationships with self and others, and shift or let go of things that they want to change.
