Announcement icon I am available via Zoom for all appointments, including Individual , group and couples therapy. Please Stay Safe!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and work with adults in individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, and sex therapy for 25 plus years. My patients are single, married, divorced, remarried, straight, gay, queer and range from young adult to older adults.
I am also a credentialed sex therapist. I obtained this credential 13 years ago because so many of the individuals and couples I was working with had sexual issues which were llnked to emotional issues. For individuals and couples, I bring extensive experience in dealing with marital crises, infidelity, desire discrepancy, sexual dysfunction and more.
I work with people successful in their careers but who find themselves having problems feeling as successful in their personal relationships. People who want to take their lives to the next level. I work in a problem focused way so clients will see results quickly,

Susan Segal's Groups

Coed Adult Therapy Group

It's a proven fact: Individuals working on life issues and relationships make faster progress in group. In a group you will get real-life feedback from group members and from me about what may or may not "work" for you. You'll learn new relationship skills especially how to become more intimate with others. Groups are more cost effective and in many cases a better mirror of real life.

Couples Therapy Group

Couples have conflict and struggle with unresolved issues. Couples can feel less alone in their struggles. In a group you will join other couples who are also working on similar relationship issues. What you will find in my groups is a supportive, confidential environment in which you and your partner an get real-life feedback from me and the other couples and get the help you need to improve your relationship.
