Dr. Megan Spence is a clinical psychologist with expertise in behavioral medicine, certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International & specializes in treating women's health issues across the lifespan including reproductive stress, PMDD, perinatal mood disorders, birth trauma, & menopause. She has experience working with men, women, and non-binary individuals around a wide range of health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, work stress, grief, sleep problems, and chronic illness.
