I work respectfully and collaboratively with clients to address their concerns and goals. My style is developmental, supportive and direct. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples who are new to therapy process as well as those who want to add to their ongoing self-discovery and growth.
I work with both adolescents and adults who are experiencing behavioral and emotional distress from life transitions. These transitions can range from severe trauma to grief from loss to adjustment due to changes in life. In particular, I work with people who feel anxious or depressed to help them feel more like themselves again.
Although I work with clients in English, I have experience working with people who come to Houston from other countries. The requirements of living, working and/or studying in a different country can be overwhelming, and having a safe place to talk can be helpful. Please don't let language stop you from reaching out.
