I offer DBT informed therapy. I have experience working with a DBT team and facilitating DBT skills groups. I have done stage 1 DBT work with clients that suffer from extreme emotion dysregulation. Previously I have been trained in and use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT. I incorporate all of my previously learned skills into my current practice.
