You are not a "sex addict". There is no such diagnosis recognized by the legitimate professional mental health associations, and no objective clinical definition of any such disorder. Such treatment is not based in legitimate scientific research. If you're distressed because of breaking a sexual monogamy agreement with a spouse or partner, there is more going on, emotionally and physically, than just a label. Gay men need support to be sexually self-empowered (which is saying yes when you want to, or no). You control how to manage your sex life. This group supports gay men in this.
