I work with individuals, couples, and families through the typical and extreme challenges they may face in their lives. I understand the causes and solutions to anxiety, depression, and life change emotions. I have consulted and worked within preschool and school settings facilitating the social and emotional development of students. I am committed to preventing high conflict divorce and the related impact on children and parents. Toward this goal, I also participate in collaborative practice and alternative dispute resolution processes as another part of my practice. I am devoted and passionate in my work.
I am committed to the lifelong process of personal human development and believe not only in health but in true wellness. As individuals, we are all fallible. It is in realizing our fallibility that we develop empathy and compassion for others.
