Anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health issues can prevent individuals from living life to the fullest. My aim is to provide guidance to those who are striving to become healthier mentally and emotionally to meet their goals to be the best they can be.
My goal is to make the client as comfortable as possible to help them through their recovery journey. In the initial counseling session, I will gather information and establish rapport with the client to determine what has brought them to seek therapy. Together, we will identify their concerns and come up with a treatment plan that works best for the client.
