In my work experience I have provided clinical support to a wide variety of individuals working through a number of concerns such as ADHD, Grief and Loss, Depression, Anxiety, Severe Panic Attacks, Trauma, Relationship concerns, Self-harm, Domestic violence and adjusting to new life circumstances. I have also worked in large part at a providing clinical services to teens suffering from severe mental illness and helping them cope with difficult life circumstances and develop a positive and fulfilling outlook on the present.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the field as a therapist with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 9 years both in home-based and outpatient settings. I have a diverse experience using a variety of evidenced based treatments including psycho- dynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. My areas of practice include, but are not limited to: working with youth, young adults and families with the clinical focus of trauma related disorders, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and adjustment difficulties.

As a veteran, I've seen people in all forms of crises and facing all manners of difficulties in their lives. Working through marital and family crises, life transitions, career changes, severe traumas, depression, anxiety, and all manners of things was an every day experience for us and learning to cope with these issues can be difficult. Finding jobs, mending relationships, getting through depression - all things that can be worked on and I would love to help.

I recognize that the most important aspect to an effective treatment is the quality of the relationship between the client and therapist.
