An interesting client for me is the middle-aged male who has climbed the ladder of success only to find there is nothing there but "stuff". They are extremely depressed realizing that they are unsatisfied with their lives. So they come into therapy to start "The Male Journey". I work with adults, adolescents, and children that have experienced recurring trauma or significant stressors in their life that are ready for change. I primarily work with clients that are struggling with post traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, panic-related disorders, substance abuse, parenting issues, relationship issues, social anxiety, ADHD, and several trauma- and stressor-related issues.
