As an art therapist, clients have the option to use art materials during our sessions as a form of expression in conjunction with talk therapy. The creative process often becomes a powerful tool for healing.

I have been in private practice for 30 years in the capacity of family therapist and clinical director at two residential facilities. I do not believe in long term therapy, and on occasion, clients will come back for a "tune-up." I am direct, I will give you feedback, (not tell you what to do) and be very supportive at the same time. Family therapists, believe that behaviors get passed down from generation to generation.
