Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m Gavyn, a Denver therapist (and dog-lover!) who helps clients navigate mental health struggles such as; anxiety, trauma, OCD, disordered eating, and stress. I offer individual, family, and parent support therapy. Together, we create a safe, non-judgmental space for healing, whether you’re coming for individual, family, or parent support sessions. Please note: I am not able to accept clients under a Medicaid plan at this time.

With compassionate, collaborative support (and my therapy dog, Graham!), I help clients move toward the life they really want. Using a warm, collaborative approach, I offer individualized therapy to build confidence, shift painful patterns, and create lasting change rooted in self-acceptance.

Join a supportive 8-week virtual process group for college students/young adults navigating disordered eating and body image concerns. Each session offers space for reflection, connection, and community. The facilitated discussions will explore topics like self-compassion, mindfulness, and the impact of culture and relationships on food and body. Begins January 12th, $60 per session.
