Looking for more than talk therapy? Let's deepen together in body-oriented, experiential psychotherapy. The body is a treasure chest, etched with our life's story and ancestral history. When we turn towards it, and become literate in its unique language, an unwinding happens, leading us from self-identified suffering into healing. Maybe for you, your body feels like a foreign place, a confusing place, or even a dangerous one. By collaborating with our whole selves, a deeper sense of unification and clarity is born. This human journey is beautiful, painful, and complex. It is not one you must walk on your own. I am here.
Therapy with me might look different than you've imagined or experienced! My specialty is in somatic (body-based) psychotherapy with an emphases on mindfulness and relational healing. Safe somatic touch is also an option in our work. To heal, we must dive deeper than our narrative story. I offer ongoing psychotherapy and ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
