Unprocessed emotion shows up as anxiety or depression. This may look like restlessness, racing thoughts, fatigue, or a lack of motivation. It may also mean impaired relationships (especially the one you have with yourself), inner criticism (or even shame), and addiction. There is a reason for all of it, and it is my hope that the truth will set you free. Most importantly, if you have the motivation, you can overcome it! You can experience levels of ease and joy you may never have thought possible.

By focusing on emotional regulation and drawing on my own transformational experiences, I aspire to co-create an environment that is ripe for getting to the bottom of all this – to look beneath the soil, rather than just tending to the weeds. We will use tools such as Brainspotting (similar to EMDR) to efficiently access the emotional part of your brain.

I have had success with clients who had plentiful experience in therapy without achieving their goals. This is not a quick or easy process and maybe there is no other way. I will try to make it as gentle as possible for you, and we will go at your pace. As well as my extensive training, I try to lead with my heart.
