I use a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to help clients identify their needs and explore their potential. I believe as we turn our focus inward and ground ourselves, we find empowerment and clarity. The cornerstone of my practice is empathy for my clients, and I feel that change happens when there is a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship.
I have worked in schools and community-based mental health services with children, adults, and families from all walks of life. I provide traditional talk therapy, as well as creative interventions for children and families, including play therapy and art therapy.
