I support individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, OCD, trauma, and complex PTSD.

And if you’ve ever felt like you’ve had to shrink yourself to survive, we’ll make room to help you take up space again. My approach blends compassion with structure. I use DBT, CBT, and Internal Family Systems - as well as other approaches that meet my client where they are - to help you build emotional resilience and reconnect with your sense of self.
