We are a group practice of experienced therapists that specialize in pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, infertility, loss of self, adjustment to parenthood, and other issues related to the early years of parenting and getting to know yourself in this new stage of life. While we specialize in perinatal clients, we also work with clients experiencing generalized anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life adjustments, stress, and those needing to improve their self worth, communication, and assertiveness.
This stage of life is really overwhelming. You are exhausted, your body doesn't feel like your own, you miss aspects of your old life. This isn't the way you thought it would be. We understand, and we know how to help. We provide individual, evidence based therapy tailored to your needs. Caterina also provides early parenting support, to include PCIT.
