I provide compassionate counseling, specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for PTSD and complex trauma. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can heal from past wounds, process difficult experiences, and find renewed hope and strength. By integrating clinical expertise with a with trauma therapy, I help individuals navigate their healing journey while releasing wounds from the present or the past.

We can work together to help you achieve a healthier and more balanced life. Using EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I will come along side you and work on the necessary tools to attain healthier thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can begin to experience the peace, calm, and sound transformation that you are desiring.
