I offer trauma-informed care; I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2, an EMDR Certified Therapist & Consultant in Training. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions as my schedule allows. I also offer supervision to students and provisionally licensed practitioners and consultation for EMDR. I use many modalities to accomplish this with my clients; Interpersonal Relationship building, EMDR and Mindfulness are my strengths. I have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Polyvagal Theory and have worked extensively with bereavement.
