I help you develop a clear idea of what you want for your "preferred future", and a plan to make it happen. I’ll help you select small actions to start with to make the changes you want. Small changes lead to big differences. The small steps we start with are based on your unique skills, talents, and past successes, making them more comfortable to try.
I help you use past successes as tools to build new solutions. This is Solution Focused Counseling and it works for couples, teens, individuals, and families.
