Are you ready to break free from the bondage of anxiety, deep emotional pain, personal suffering, betrayal, or depression? Do you want to feel that you finally have control over your life and that there is a better, more fulfilling future awaiting you? I can help. As an experienced therapist, I have helped countless individuals and couples find their way back from the depths of despair, helping them to achieve a productive, meaningful life, filled with peace, hope, and contentment.
I became a licensed therapist following a distinguished 33 year career in law enforcement. I treat those suffering from trauma, posttraumatic stress, chemical and sexual addictions, grief, depression, and anxiety. I frequently treat first responders (and their families), as well as military veterans, medical professionals and crime victims.
Treatment plans are created to accommodate each client's needs, and can incorporate a client's faith background if the client so desires. I incorporate a psycho-dynamic and attachment based therapeutic approach, working cooperatively with the client to discover the origins of their emotional, relational, and psychological distress.
