We uniquely approach marriage and relationship counseling with a couple-with-couple format in two hour sessions that provide a safe environment for both spouses. We address the deep core issues that lead to relationship conflict - both those brought into the marriage and those that have occurred in the marriage. The counseling process focuses on healing the deep pain through Intimacy Therapy. It is critical that couples be equipped with tools to better communicate and to fundamentally change their relationship.
We also make home visits - a service particularly advantageous to couples with small children or for those who are house-bound. In addition, Mourning Dove Counseling offers Marriage Intensives - two full days of intense marital counseling and training.
