Most of my counseling work will involve talk therapy, educational resources, follow-up assignments, & future planning. I try to keep things simple and straightforward. Ideally, clients starting at age 10-11 can benefit from this type of counseling. Whether you are looking for explanations & advice or help with complex issues in life, I'm willing to help!
